John Neale Ltd has water-mix cutting fluids and coolants which are continuously developed to ensure they are of the highest possible performance and meet the demanding requirements of the industry. We have amine-free coolants, formaldehyde release biocide free, boron-free, and renewable based cutting fluids. We have products designed to give long-life when machining modern magnesium alloys, coolants with low cobalt leaching potential and therefore suitable for carbide and hard metal grinding. Some of our advanced cutting fluids.

Coolant HFE250H - Boron free, Formaldehyde-free, and isothiazolinone-free.  A high oil, extreme pressure, water-mix cutting fluid used for extremely arduous machining on ferrous alloys like stainless steel cutting, inconel and non-ferrous metals including aluminium cutting, copper and brass machining. It can be used as neat oil replacement and maintain surface finish. This product gives extremely good bacteria control by utilising a bio-stable amine and phenoxyethanol.  


Coolant CS-50E.  Fully synthetic metalworking fluid, long service life.  Novel, high performance, lubricity additives give this product superb machining characteristics,  outperforming neat oils and highly chlorinated soluble oils. It is a chlorine free cutting fluid and is suitable for creep-feed grinding. We have  now modified the design of this product to make it formaldehyde release biocide free, and it is also boron-free.


Coolant DYOP 20 Boron free, Formaldehyde-free, and isothiazolinone-free.  A low oil, extreme pressure, water-mix cutting fluid used for machining on ferrous alloys and non-ferrous metals including aluminium cutting, copper and brass machining. This product gives extremely good bacteria control by utilising a bio-stable amine and a low hazard fungicide.  


Coolant DYOP 45EP Boron free, Formaldehyde-free, and isothiazolinone-free.  A medium oil, extreme pressure, water-mix cutting fluid used for machining on difficult ferrous alloys and non-ferrous metals including aluminium alloy cutting, copper and brass machining. This product gives extremely good bacteria control by utilising a bio-stable amine and a low hazard fungicide.

They immediately saw improvements in bacteria control over their previous semi-synthetic coolant (supplied by a major international independent supplier).
